Salad Cress & Berry Smoothie

You Will Need

  • 2 punnets of salad cress
  • 8 medium strawberries
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1-2 bananas
  • ½ lemon, juice
  • 300ml water


The winning combination of lemon and berries has been used to make the most delicious desserts for decades. Now this zingy smoothie partnered with a nutritious hint of salad cress is an even healthier treat – sip after sip. This combination makes the smoothie more than a little addictive – you’ve been warned!


  1. Place berries, peeled banana and 150ml water into a smoothie maker or food processor, whizz for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the remaining water, lemon juice and the snipped cress. Whizz again until blended.  Pour into glasses, serve and enjoy.
