Purple Pea Shoots Smoothie
You Will Need
- 100g blueberries
- 100g blackberries
- 1 large banana
- Beetroot, raw
- 70g bag pea shoots
- 250ml pomegranate juice
- A squeeze of lime juice
Introduction
Put a spring in your step with our beautifully bright and super tasty smoothie. The sweet taste of blueberries and blackberries combined with the fresh taste of pea shoots and earthy flavours of beetroot, makes this a winning combination to be enjoyed morning, noon and night!
Method
- Put all the ingredients – except the lime juice – into a liquidiser or blender and whizz until completely smooth.
- Add the lime juice to your personal taste.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with a slice of lime and some pea shoots.
