
Microgreens with Avocado Toasts
You Will Need
- 4 slices brown seeded bread
- 1 punnet micro garlic chives
- 1 punnet micro pink radish
- 1 punnet micro red mustard
- 1 avocado
- ½ lemon juice
- 50g white stilton, crumbled
- Freshly ground black pepper, optional
Introduction
Get smashing in the name of spring vibe! With surprisingly good flavours of microgreens and salty feta cheese – the ideal brekkie or brunch to start the day.
Method
Toast the bread slices. In a bowl mash the avocado with the lemon juice and cracked black pepper. Spread the mashed avocado over the toast and top with the crumbled white stilton. Snip the microgreens and liberally top the toasts.
