Creamy Avocado and Salad Cress Smoothie

You Will Need

  • 2 punnets salad cress
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ lemon, juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 350ml almond milk

Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately.
