Brie and Bacon Flatbread with Micro Purple Radish
You Will Need
- 2 folded flatbreads
- 4 rashers streaky bacon, cooked
- 6 slices of brie
- 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 punnet of micro purple radish
Brie and bacon is a loved combo, but wait until you try it with micro purple radish! Pulling these well-loved flavours together with the crisp, fresh hit of radish, this flatbread will soon be up there with your favourite snacks.
- Place one side of the flatbreads into a heated frying pan and heat through for 2 – 3 minutes. Turnover and spread with the cranberry sauce. Then, place the cooked bacon slices inside the flatbreads followed by the sliced brie and heat for 3 – 4 minutes until the brie is just beginning to melt.
- Snip the purple radish and place inside the flatbread and serve immediately.
