Beetroot and salad cress Smoothie by Jan

You Will Need

  • 1 raw beetroot, trimmed, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ avocado
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 punnet of salad cress
  • 1 cup of water
