Microbiological testing is carried out on each batch of seed after disinfection
Growing trays are sanitized before every use
All process lines are regularly foamed and swab tested
Swab tests are randomly performed on staff - Representative samples of grown produce are sent for micro analysis
We operate a full traceability system – produce can be traced from the final product to the raw materials
We are Assured Produce accredited
We are authors of the Assured Produce protocol
We are BRC Higher Level certified
All systems we operate are controlled by our HACCP system and our dedicated team
We have an accredited pest control system
Pesticides are not used in any part of our production process
Packaging in contact with produce is of food grade materials
All staff are trained in basic food hygiene
