Salad Cress & Berry Smoothie
You Will Need
- 2 punnets of salad cress
- 8 medium strawberries
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 handful raspberries
- 1-2 bananas
- ½ lemon, juice
- 300ml water

This combination makes the smoothie more than a little addictive – you’ve been warned!
Method
- Place berries, peeled banana and 150ml water into a smoothie maker or food processor, whizz for 20 seconds.
- Add the remaining water, lemon juice and the snipped cress. Whizz again until blended. Pour into glasses, serve and enjoy.
