Ready to Eat

Our purpose built cutting machine has been specially designed to cut cress providing the optimum shelf life.

The produce is cut and then washed in a biodegradable sanitizer. The washing equipment guarantees the produce receives the 5 minute contact time required for the sanitiser to be effective. Seed coats are removed.

The produce is spun dry in small batches; the equipment is designed to ensure no damage to the produce.

The produce is sealed in bags that are designed to allow the cress to breathe, the bags are subsequently labeled to meet the customer’s requirements and coded to provide full traceability.
