Meeting customers’ requirements
We have the facility to provide our customers with salad cress in two different states:
Ready to Eat
Our ready to eat salad cress is processed in a designated high care area using our unique cutting and washing equipment by trained packing staff.
The salad cress is subsequently dried and sealed in breathe-able clear food grade bags developed to guarantee 7 days shelf life at 3 degrees Celcius. More . . .
In Punnets
Cress in punnets comes with the peat attached and the salad cress still growing.
Punnets of salad cress are supplied in boxes containing 6, 12 and 20 units and trays containing 25 units.
