How we implement the Assurance Produce scheme

• We’ve introduced a traceability system, which means the produce is only sold when the samples have been checked and given the all clear
• A pollution control and waste management is operated on site with all waste identified and recycled where possible
• We do not use pesticides
• Consideration is taken of environmental and conservation issues with the maintenance of wildlife and its habitats
